Welcome to 345w. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 345w ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing all use of the 345w website, mobile app and any services accessed through them. This includes sports betting, casino games, slot games, live dealer tables, promotions, deposits, withdrawals and customer support interactions.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 345w from Pakistan. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

To register and use 345w you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf.
• You must not already hold a 345w account that has been suspended or closed by the platform.
• You must not be using the platform in any professional capacity on behalf of a third party without prior written consent from 345w.

345w reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the registration process or during your use of the platform. Verification may include government-issued identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Your account may be restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable documents is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 18, access to the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the source payment method after investigation, and no winnings will be paid out.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 345w platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or a different one, is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you already hold an account and have forgotten your login details, please use the account recovery option rather than registering again.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number and payment details. It is your responsibility to keep this information current. Any inaccuracy that affects verification or payout processing is the player's responsibility.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 345w will never ask for your password through any channel. Any activity that takes place while logged into your account is your responsibility unless you have notified us promptly of unauthorised access. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

• Do not share your account login with anyone else.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 345w account.
• Log out after each session especially on shared devices.
• Keep your registered mobile number up to date for security alerts.

345w operates a PKR-native cashier. All deposits are made and held in Pakistani rupees. The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. Available methods may vary and the current list is always visible inside the cashier section of your account.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and vary by payment method. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your PKR balance instantly. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on the processing bank.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 345w does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Depositing from a third-party source may result in account restriction and return of funds to the originating account without the ability to withdraw winnings generated from those funds.

345w does not charge deposit fees at the platform level; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control. Please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank for their applicable charges before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of the cashier and reduce payment processing risk. If the original deposit method is unavailable, alternative options may be arranged by contacting support.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of request. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed within the platform's standard processing window . Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional time. All processing times are estimates and may be affected by payment provider delays outside our control.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully met.
• Your deposit must have been used for genuine betting or gaming activity – deposits that are withdrawn immediately without meaningful play may be subject to review.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available withdrawable balance as shown in your account.

345w reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of any problem with your account. Requested documents should be submitted through the support channel indicated at the time of request.

345w offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page and must be read alongside these general Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 345w promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and apply to the eligible product stated in the promotion (sports betting, casino, slots or a combination).
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Bets placed at minimum odds as stated in the specific promotion terms count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed at lower odds or void bets do not contribute.
• 345w reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and commenced wagering will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Bonus balances and real money balances are tracked separately. Real money is used first for bets unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through low-risk wagering patterns, arbitrage betting, coordinated play with other accounts or any other method that 345w determines to be inconsistent with genuine recreational play may result in bonus cancellation and, in serious cases, account review.

345w offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, football, Esports and a range of other sports markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet slip showing "Confirmed" constitutes an accepted bet. 345w does not cancel accepted bets at a player's request except in the circumstances described below.
• In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the settlement rules for the relevant sport, which are detailed in the Sports Betting section of the platform.
• For PSL and cricket markets, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, bets will be settled on the revised result where a result is declared. Markets that cannot be settled with a valid result will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play odds are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions. 345w accepts no responsibility for delays in odds updates caused by data feed issues. Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a manifest error may be voided.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are visible in the bet slip at the time of placing the bet.
• 345w reserves the right to limit bet amounts for specific players or events at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

Match result settlements are based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL and Pakistan cricket, FIFA for international football). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the governing body's official result takes precedence.

The 345w casino section includes slot games from multiple software providers, live dealer tables for roulette, blackjack and baccarat, and a selection of virtual table games. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer, genuine dealing by trained croupiers working from dedicated studios.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are published by the respective game providers and are available within the game information panel. 345w does not alter RTP settings beyond the ranges provided by the game supplier.

• Casino games are for entertainment purposes. Past results do not predict future outcomes on any RNG game.
• In the unlikely event of a game error, malfunction or disconnection during a live dealer session, the round in question will be investigated and may be voided. Stakes from voided rounds are returned to your PKR balance.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is sufficient for live dealer play. 345w is not liable for bets that cannot be placed due to connection issues on the player's end.
• Bonus wagering contributions from casino games vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer may contribute less. Exact contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.

345w is committed to supporting responsible gaming. Betting and casino products are intended as adult entertainment. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits and to treat gaming as a leisure activity with a defined budget – not as a way to generate income or recover losses.

The following self-management tools are available to all 345w players directly within their account settings:

• Deposit limits – set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased until the original period expires.
• Session time reminders – set an alert to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-off period – temporarily restrict your account for a defined period without contacting support.
• Self-exclusion – request a longer-term exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusions are taken seriously and will not be reversed before the agreed period has elapsed.

• Attempting to exploit bonuses, promotions or platform features in bad faith.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any activity that undermines the integrity of sports events.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or facilitating payments on behalf of third parties.
• Any activity that 345w determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the platform or other players.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full. Where a breach is minor or unintentional, 345w may take proportionate action such as a warning or temporary restriction before proceeding to permanent closure.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of a player-initiated closure will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on file.

345w may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment methods, regulatory requirements or industry best practice. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the 345w platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
